By placing an order with our store, you agree to the following purchase and cancellation terms.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after purchase. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, demand, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
