Refunds, Returns & Order Issues Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after processing has begun.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Chargebacks

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for a valid delivered order may result in the customer being permanently restricted from future purchases.
